VAIL grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service for lawful learning and training. VAIL and its original software, design, branding and lesson framework remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Service features and availability may change, be suspended, or end. We may restrict or terminate access for a material breach, unlawful conduct, security risk, or non-payment, subject to applicable law.

Acceptable Use

Do not use VAIL to break the law; abuse, threaten or deceive people; infringe rights; distribute harmful code; harvest credentials; bypass security or access controls; disrupt the service; misrepresent AI output; or upload content you lack permission to use. Creator tools must not be used for unsafe, deceptive, discriminatory or unlawful instruction.

AI output disclaimer

AI-generated guidance, visual checks and answers may be incomplete, delayed or wrong. Verify important actions before relying on them. VAIL does not provide legal, medical, financial or other professional advice. You remain responsible for your choices, your files and every action taken on your device; VAIL does not take control of your mouse or keyboard.

Creator and Pathfinders content and payout terms

Creators must own their submissions or have all necessary permissions and must ensure they are accurate, lawful and safe. VAIL may review, reject, edit, unpublish or remove content that breaches these terms or creates a quality, safety or legal concern.

Refunds and billing

Stripe processes payment details for paid plans. Recurring plans continue until cancelled, subject to the checkout terms shown when you subscribe. Limitation of liability
